Give your disabled child roots to grow and wings to fly
Frēfli helps families build the strongest possible foundation for takeoff.
Frēfli helps families build the strongest possible foundation for takeoff.

The journey begins earlier than most families realize.
A diagnosis can bring fear, confusion, isolation, and questions no one seems able to answer clearly.
We know because we lived it ourselves.
Frēfli helps families navigate doctors, therapists, schools, disability services, government programs, transition planning, adulthood, and long-term care planning.
Some children may eventually live independently.
Some may always need significant support.
Both paths deserve planning, preparation, dignity, and protection.
Not every doctor will listen.
Not every school will help.
Not every system works the way it should.
We know how to prepare.
We know how to push.
We know how to solve problems.
And we know how to help families avoid costly mistakes before they happen.
We support families during evaluations, therapy planning, school meetings, ARD meetings, IEP and BIP development, transition planning, adulthood preparation, and long-term disability planning.
We founded Frēfli because we recognized a need when our own children were young. We walked this road ourselves. You do not have to do it alone. Frēfli is here to mentor and guide you through it all.

Frēfli is not a medical practice, therapy provider, or law firm.
There are sides to everything. Frēfli is on yours. We are parents, educators, and advocates who have lived this journey ourselves.
We have sat in the meetings.
Handled the fear.
Made the mistakes.
Solved the problems.
And fought for opportunities our children were not automatically given or even flat out denied.
We understand how these systems work because we have lived inside them for years.
We know how to recognize problems early, ask difficult questions, push when necessary, and help families make informed decisions.
Our goal is simple:
help families create the strongest future possible for their child.

From infancy through adulthood, the years move faster than families expect.
Every decision matters.
Every opportunity matters.
Every missed opportunity matters.
Frēfli helps families navigate each stage with more clarity, preparation, and confidence.
That may include:
• therapies and developmental support
• school planning and advocacy
• IEPs, BIPs, and ARD meetings
• behavioral and social strategies
• transition planning for adulthood
• disability benefits and waiver programs
• guardianship and supported decision-making guidance
• college, vocational, employment, and housing pathways
• long-term care planning
• caregiver planning
• and more
Some children may eventually live independently.
Some may always require full-time support.
We help families prepare for both realities.

Every child is different.
What works for one child may not work for another.
Frēfli helps families create a plan built around the child in front of them, not a generic checklist.
Infancy and Early Childhood
Early evaluations, therapies, and developmental supports can make an enormous difference.
We help families understand diagnoses, identify missing pieces, evaluate options, and decide what supports may help their child move forward.
Parents are often told early what their child “cannot” do.
We believe limits should be tested before they are accepted.
Elementary School Years
School quickly becomes one of the most important parts of a child’s development.
We help families review evaluations, placements, classroom settings, accommodations, behavioral supports, and educational plans.
We assist families with:
• ARD meetings
• IEP development and review
• BIP planning
• accommodations and services
• communication with schools
• progress monitoring
Policies and laws exist to protect your child’s rights. We help families understand those protections and make sure they are properly applied.
Middle and High School
As children grow older, academic expectations, social pressures, independence, and long-term planning become more complex.
We help families navigate:
• behavioral challenges
• social development
• transition planning
• school conflicts
• independence preparation
• future education and career planning
Even when strong foundations exist, new challenges emerge.
When foundations are weak, planning becomes even more important.
The Transition to Adulthood
This stage arrives faster than most families expect.
A student may turn 18 while still in high school and legally become an adult.
Without preparation, parents can suddenly lose access to medical and academic information while the young adult gains the ability to make financial and legal decisions independently.
Families often need guidance understanding:
• guardianship
• supported decision-making
• powers of attorney
• government benefits
• vocational programs
• housing options
• transportation services
• employment supports
Many families do not realize these decisions should be planned years in advance.
Long-Term Support and Care Planning
Some individuals with disabilities will require lifelong support.
For many families, the biggest fear is:
“What happens to my child when I am gone?”
We help families understand:
• Medicaid waiver programs
• long-term support systems
• residential options
• caregiver planning
• disability income programs
• future care planning
• government services
• long-term stability planning
Some programs have waiting lists that last years.
Early planning matters.

At Frēfli, it is all about the child and helping families create stability, opportunity, and peace of mind.
We provide guidance, advocacy, planning, and support for families raising children and adults with disabilities.
Services may include:
• evaluations and therapy guidance
• school advocacy and planning
• IEP, BIP, and ARD support
• behavioral and social strategy
• transition-to-adulthood planning
• disability benefits and waiver guidance
